Where do I upload my photos?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please respond to this email with a .zip file of your photographs. To ensure optimal results, only upload the recommended number of photos. Any photos exceeding this number will not be included.

Can I preview my photo album before it gets printed?

Absolutely! After you send us the .zip file containing your photographs, we will meticulously create a clean and crisp album layout for you. Once the design is complete, we will send you an email with a preview to ensure it meets your expectations. Additionally, if you're feeling creative, you are welcome to design your own layout and include it in the .zip file.

What is the quality of the materials used in the photo albums?

Our Hardcover Hard-Page Mounted Butterfly Binding Photo Album is suitable for 20-60 photos. The cover is hard with a 157g coated paper film, mounted on a density board with a matte surface. The inner pages are made of two 250g coated paper sheets that are mounted and laminated, providing a relatively thicker and durable matte surface. The inner pages can be laid flat, and when opened, they form a single sheet of paper that can support a spread across pages, allowing for seamless panoramic photos. We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure your photos are vibrant and clear, and our albums are printed on premium paper to enhance the overall look and feel of your album.

How long will it take to get my order?

The product takes 2-5 business day to design, and 7 days to print. When the order is ready, the amount of time it will arrive at your doorstep depends on the shipping method you choose.

What is the return policy for personalized photo albums?

Due to the custom nature of our photo albums, we cannot accept returns. If there is a defect with the product during printing or shipping process, we are happy to replace it with a new copy. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer shipping to countries other than United State and China. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
